I think me and you have way different views here as you have been knocking these down i think it was a very well put together trade getting back pretty much a cup win in the bag with that return and pieces to keep adding in the future as well i see Capitals winning this deal sure Turris is older but to upgrade Kempny >> Ekholm way better Top 4 for Capitals and Arvidsson only 25 so young aswell for Burakovsky who could grow if he hits the right numbers with the picks even better deal so i have to disagree and say i would still Accept this deal if i was Capitals  |

That's complete BS. As I said before, by this logic and how you're going about things, I should be able to offer Merrill, Bertuzzi & a 2nd to Arizona for Keller, and that should be more than ample since young, high overall players are only worth old spare parts and just a bunch of picks. It's ridiculous. |

If you want a 90 overall player, pay up for it. Not this BS of just 3 84-85 players that have hit their ceilings, and still expect a still developing player on top of that just because you threw a 1st rounder in... Especially with how expensive upgrades are in this league, this screws the Caps over royally. It shouldn't be this easy to obtain a 90 overall player from a non-GM team. |
