Well to start off New Jersey has 36 Million dollars in cap space and they don't mind committing 4.2M to a player of his nature and what he brings to the ice.

This is complete junk. PR is just inflating salaries for bottom 6 players already when we haven't even hit $90M for salary cap, MPUs are expensive af, and we're already buying out players on similar contracts.
Talk about being effing clueless...

Suddenly 82s are worth $4M+ but 80s aren't and are considered 'negative value'? Tell me more about 3rd & 4th liners being worth more than $4M.
