Position/Player Type Change Requests

During the Off-Season GM's are allowed to change 1 Player Type and Position for either the same player or 2 different players that are under contract only.

This is optional so there is no requirement in needing to do this but it could just be beneficial to the GM's that give this a go. Say if you choose to change a players position and player type you can not change them again until the next off-season that player(s) cannot be changes so if it is done in the 2019 Off-Season you cannot change them again until 2021 off season.
