If I had Wilson to start the season I would have used buyout on him, that is a horrible contract. Lets get some accepts or rejects. If I need to add a 2nd I will do that.

I was actually on the fence about this deal actually as of how it affects both teams but since it benefits Capitals more as They add one of the most dominant centers honestly can see them as threat so to that.....

This is exactly why I said these clauses should be abolished.
For one, Giroux would have never waived to NSH, now he's going to WSH? That's too much fun for me.
The main reason they should even be in there is so that if a team signs a guy with value, he doesn't just flip him 2 days later.

I wasn't openly putting him on the trade market. I only wanted one player and acquiring Giroux opened the possibility to do that. No mess, it was done nice and neat. I am sorry you don't like it. I should have done it as a 3 way trade but it didn't work out that way. |
